Processing Time:
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. This timeframe allows us to carefully inspect, prepare, and package your items with care.
- Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
- We primarily ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). The specific carrier and service will be determined at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Weight of your order: Heavier items will incur higher shipping fees.
- Destination: Shipping costs vary depending on your location.
- Shipping method selected: You will have the option to choose from available shipping speeds at checkout (e.g., First Class, Priority Mail, Ground). The cost will be displayed for each option.
- We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on orders meeting a certain threshold. Please check our website banners and promotional emails for details.
Shipping Times:
- Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.

- USPS First Class Mail: Typically 3-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically 2-3 business days.
- UPS Ground: Typically 1-5 business days depending on your location.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed by Snook & Sprout. Unexpected delays with the shipping carrier are beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website (USPS.com or UPS.com).
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. Snook & Sprout is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Snook & Sprout takes great care in packaging your items to prevent damage during transit. However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package.
- Please provide photos of any damage to the packaging and the items inside. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and find a suitable solution.
